Jade’s experience in the health field began long before she started her massage career eleven years ago. Her mother, a nurse, believed deeply in health and wellness and she instilled in Jade the importance in caring for herself, and being diagnosed at a young age with Epilepsy only strengthened that importance. This passion for healthy living has always pushed Jade to want to learn more and know why health related things happen to not just herself but to others as well. Over eleven years ago while living in mid-coast Maine teaching fitness classes and trying to figure out how to build upon her career. Jade chose to attend massage school. Right after graduation she began work in a chiropractic office treating clients with chronic pain. This is where she found her love of treatment work and Trigger Point Therapy. Over the years Jade’s career has taken her to four states and given her the chance to work in many different settings and gain training in Kineso-taping, Aromatherapy and earn a Bachelors in Community Health which has helped in assisting her clients in their healing process. In addition to massage Jade is also a Wellness Advocate educating individuals on whole body care. Her passion for helping people in all aspects of self-care flows through each massage she provides. Her goal is to help each individual find their optimal self. She believes that healing the body is more than just giving a massage it’s about empowering individuals to heal themselves. When Jade isn’t helping her clients you can find her practicing yoga, on a Stand up Paddle board with her two dogs or reading a book on health and wellness.
